Our meats are cooked slowly on a low heat for extra moisture and flavour. The size of this Barbeque allows us to easily have a selection of meats for whatever your function needs. 2 whole pigs or even a quarter of an Ox can easily be accommodated.

Do you cook on site and how long does it take?
The whole catering experience starts when we turn up with our 5 metre BBQ and cook your food, just for you at your home or work place. Chickens take 2-3 hours to Pork Shoulders taking 6-12 hours. We make sure we're set up and cooking for your chosen service time.

What happens if it rains?
We use a professional 6m*3m Gazebo that keeps the BBQ and serving area covered. If it’s cold, we huddle around the fire box.
I don't like Spicy food
No problem. Once you book with us, you dictate the food style. Wet stick sauces, dry and spicy, plain smoked to list just a few .. it's your choice.
Can I have a whole pig?
A pig can feed up to 200 as a light snack or 100 as a buffet. We can source smaller pigs but it will work out more expensive per head.
What do you serve with the meats?
All are served with bread rolls and sauces/ dips and accompanying salads if required. Free Plates & Napkins come as standard
Do I need to provide anything?
We would like vehicle access for us to position the BBQ in a suitable and safe place. Access to a 13amp plug is helpful but not essential. The foods are cooked and served on site by our Roasting Crew and before we leave, we clear away all our rubbish.
