By accessing this Site (The Ironbridge Catering Company web site), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the UKwithout giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by The Ironbridge Catering Company .

Our payment terms

There are no delivery charges within 15 miles of Telford if ordering for 10 or more people or £50 in value, otherwise a £5 minimum delivery charge will be added to your invoice.

We cannot guaranteed delivery times however we endeavour to deliver lunches by 12.30pm and all other orders as close to your preferred time as possible. We may contact you to inform you of any change to delivery times.

All menus are subject to product availability and where a product is not available as specified on the menus, we will substitute it for an alternative of the similar/ greater value and type.

Our Buffets menus are served on reusable platters, and come with paper plates and napkins as standards (free of charge). Cups and condiments will be supplied when drinks are ordered, again free of charge.

We will confirm receipt of your order, but no responsibility is accepted for the loss of your order, unless you have received a confirmation e-mail or fax from us. We cannot accept responsibilities for any losses incurred as a result of late or non-delivery due to circumstance beyond our control (i.e. adverse weather or traffic conditions). Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Wedding bookings are only accepted once we receive a 50% non refundable deposit and you acknowledge that your chosen date cannot be changed and Kevin Guerin t/a The Ironbridge catering Company cannot be held liable for costs nor damages incurred or obligated to provide catering if the date of your wedding is moved. Booked numbers can only be revised upwards.

 

Our Invoices are due 2 weeks after the delivery of your buffet if credit terms have been agreed. You can pay with cheque or bank transfers. We do not accept credit cards. We will also use our statutory right to claim interest and the other entitlements under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at a daily rate of 2% above the HSBC's unsecured overdraft rate if your invoices are not paid on time. The client is responsible for all hired equipment, during the course of the event. Broken, lost or damaged equipment will be charged at full replacement costs. A deposit will be required, which is fully refundable in the event of no damage.

 

The Ironbridge Catering Company will inform you by post or email communication keeping you up dated with any new products or offers.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms or conditions, please discontinue the use of this Site. The Ironbridge Catering Company may from time to time modify or revise these terms by updating this page. Your use of this site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. On accepting our services you the client accepts our terms and conditions. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your use of the Site.
