Do you cook onsite?
The whole catering experience starts when we turn up with our 5 metre BBQ and cook your food, just for you at your home or work place. Chickens take 3-4 hours to Pork Shoulders taking 6-16 hours. We make sure we're set up and cooking for your chosen service time.
I want a relaxed, informal service. Can I have it?
The more relaxed the better. We don't want the food service to dictate the day, so if it's slow, informal that you want.. you've got it.
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Shropshire close to
the M54 and can travel to almost everywhere in the UK.
What happens if it rains?
We use a professional 6m*3m Gazebo that keeps the BBQ and serving area covered. If it’s cold, we huddle around the fire box.
I don't like spicy food
No problem. Once you book with us, you dictate the food style. Wet stick sauces, dry and spicy, plain smoked to list just a few .. it's your choice.
Can I have a whole pig?
We don’t use a whole pig, but
rather the shoulder, traditionally a better cut of meat suited to our style of
cooking. It also speeds up service by not having to pick the meat from a carcass during service.
What do you serve with the meats?
All are served with bread rolls
and sauces/ dips and accompanying salads if required. Free Plates & Napkins
come as standard.
Do I need to provide anything?
We
would like vehicle access for us to position the BBQ in a suitable and safe
place. Access to a 13amp plug is helpful but not essential. The meats are
cooked and served on site by our Roasting Crew and before we leave, we clear
away all our rubbish.
How long will you stay for?
Once service had begun, we generally stay until all the food has been eaten (subject to Food hot holding regulations to a maximum of a 2 hour holding time).
